This guy made the world’s brightest flashlight which is just a around a metre. This homemade flashlight uses ten 100W LED chips in a row to produce an estimated 90,000 lumens of light. Each LED chip is attached to a large heat sink with bolts and thermal grease to help the heat transfer. The attached drivers take around 12 V from the battery and increase it to 35 V for the LED. The whole device weighs around 10 pounds.
